In an island, the source of materials being collected can be improved through the "donation" of the island members. As much as possible, we are not to tolerate leechers.
Being a member of this alliance entitles the member to protection privileges. But showing gratitude through leeching isn't a good idea at all.
It's up to the officers to impose punishment to them.
